[18-May-2012] Coldplay @ Dragao Stadium, Porto, Portugal
I see it, watched the price. Can't believe it. The price for the golden circle is 100 euro. And mostly the people with more money dont always have to be the best fans... :inquisitive:[ But I'm gonna stop it now, saw the discuss had been taken at the start of the thread.

[18-May-2012] Coldplay @ Dragao Stadium, Porto, Portugal
Looks like the same setlist as normal And to come back about the golden circle... Is that only for people who can afford more for an concert? So people with a normal ticket can't even get it to the X-stage??

Cool to see those video circles back. I like them more compared to usual screens. @hps, they can also walk to the left 'rocket stage'. Maybe separate the band? Or many more B/C stage songs? I'm really curious about those rocket stages. They should definitely make the DVD in a stadium. But what with the fences in the middle of the crowd??? Is so close to the stage only a possibility for people who spend more money?? Would be a bummer...

Where does it come from that GOW, SS and Sparks are soundchecked? Sparks on the X-stage would be amazing... So many songs, The X-stage just has to do 5 songs or so, so many options.

Your Coldplay Dream Setlist
took Coldplay's current setlist and made a realistic but dream set list... Cool, but possible... Back to the Future Theme 1. Mylo Xyloto 2. Hurts Like Heaven 3. Politik 4. Yellow 5. Major Minus 6. Life in Technicolor II 7. Clocks 8. Shiver 9. Lovers in Japan 10. The Scientist 11. Violet Hill 12. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face B-Stage 13. Swallowed in the Sea 14. Us against the world 15. A Rush of blood to the head A Hopeful Transmission 16. Don't Let It Break Your Heart 17. Viva La Vida 18. Charlie Brown 19. Paradise Encore: 20. Amsterdam 21. Fix You M.M.I.X. 22. Every Teardrop is a Waterfall Screw the C-stage, walking to it costs too much time. (Although the idea is very cool) Still a decent length (90-100 min. I guess). Directly hearing Politik smashing after the fading outro of Hurts Like Heaven seems pretty awesome to me. Only song which is missing is In My Place, although live it's a good song, it had it's time. Maybe swapping it with Yellow, Major Minus or Clocks. Clocks just has to move from the encore, it's not a good encore song (anymore) or they have to play it so intense again as in the Toronto show. The B-stage songs can be swapped with Death And All His Friends, Strawberry Swing and warning Sign. A little bit of changing in that songs. How longer you are busy with it, more songs come in mind to me :P

Very clear the position of DLYIBYH in the setlist is wrong. It came directly after warning sign according to the vid... EDIT: nevermind... EDIT2: Can you see how fast the roadies are. Chris end his piano solo after WS. AHT starts, everything dark. DLIBYH starts, piano is gone :o

Very cleear version of Don't Let it Break Your Heart. It's amazing to hear it live. Johnny does really great the guitar on that one, all those sounds on the first verse. I thought it was the piano on the recording :P The song must stay for the whole tour now. Can't wait to hear it in september :D

The swap: Lost <--> Lovers in Japan, is already their best change for the whole tour. Finally we lost lost....

^So true. I almost was sure Chris will be playing the piano live. You can hear it clearly on the studio version.

They did not play life is for living? (but it was on the setlist), a pity. The POC performance is awfull, Rihanna's voice is way too loud. You can't hear Chris anymore. I can stand the song (it's one of their weakest in my opinion ), but live it doesn't work. You can hear more instruments they don't play, than instruments they play. Charlie Brown seems to go the same way. Even the lyrics are on the screen now. I think Coldplay should just play more "live" and just playing some things they can't play live not. But Coldplay stays amazing, all the above things I will forget when I see them in September again. Warning Sign and Don't let it break your heart are amazing.
