  1. This is actually really good, dude! I'm very surprised and impressed you were able to match the forward and reverse version together with it sounding good! Haha, good job dude

I highly doubt that Guy is replicating that distorted / fuzzy / scratching part at 0:40 in the song. It very much sounds like a guitar to me. And as for the boys playing this fantastic song live, I was thinking that they might've had that part played back and/ or someone back stage was playing that part (since Johnny wasn't playing and it didn't look like Guy was doing it either). I think Johnny wasn't able to play that part live because he would have had to switch tones/ pedals within a matter of a few seconds in order to carry out his riff which comes immediately after that. Either way if it's guitar or bass, this is an incredible song. :)
  3. I've been through several music recording processes and I can clearly distinguish between vocals that have gone through auto-tuning or not and this is definitely not one of them. I'm obviously not positive about this, but I'm also assuming Chris recorded his vocal tracks twice to make them sound more full, like a lot of musicians did in the '70s, thus explaining the extra reverb and offness at some points in the song (I've done this before as well).
