this year U2 overtook RHCP as my favourite band. also, I got into the likes of Coldplay (obviously), Counting Crows, The Cribs, Bruce Springsteen, The Gaslight Anthem, Blur, Joy Division, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Zwan, Them Crooked Vultures and Prince. a pretty musically active year, I'd say. :smug:
