I Ran Away - 1,2,3... Will!
I have the Coldplay Singles and B-Sides songbook for piano and guitar, and the lyrics in it are "1, 2, 3, Will." I like that! Not easy to play on piano, though!

Hi, Sue -- No, not posted recently, in some cases they were posted several months ago. (I'm also getting the "moved or deleted" message for some but I'm not ever worrying about them. Trying to troubleshoot I attempted to copy the link (where the little "x" is) and paste to something like Windows Photo Editor -- no luck. Unfortunately I don't have Firefox, I am using Windows Explorer. I thought the links might be broken but comments from other Coldplayers indicated they could see the photos. Sorry to be a pain!

I'm not posting -- trying to look at photos that others have posted. As mentioned I can see most of them fine but some just don't show up. Looks like I'm missing some great pics! Thanks for the help.

Scanned through but didn't see an answer to this question: I really enjoy the pictures posted in the various forums but about 1/3 of the time for me the pictures don't show up. I get the little box with a red "x" in it. I've tried pasting to another application, etc. but still can't see the pic. Other photos show up just fine. Do I need to set something? Thank you for any help anyone can give.

Has Coldplay helped you in anyway?x
Coldplay - and Chris in particular - got me started playing piano again after a veeeeeeerrrryyyyy loooooooooong absence from the keys. Listening to music is a wonderful thing, but making music yourself is good for the soul. And I thank the guys for helping me with that.

Who or what got you started on Coldplay?
In 2005 I heard a lot of buzz about Coldplay as a result of the release of X&Y. I bought the CD and liked it -- bought AROBTTH soon after. A couple of months later my company sent me on a one-year assignment to the UK. There I found Coldplay all over the radio. I got introduced to some of the older songs and found myself really liking their sound, but I didn't know anything about them. Back in the States and a couple of years later I asked for Viva La Vida for a Christmas present and got it. Spent my holidays listening to it and really liking the sound. But what nailed it and made me a die-hard fan was seeing them in concert in Toronto in July 2009. They literally blew me away. Chris Martin is solely responsible for making me take up piano again. I've got many of their songbooks and have greatly enjoyed learning their songs. I'll be a fan for the rest of my life.

Coldplay End of Decade Clearout Sale (catalogue discussion pg43 onwards, winning item pics pg151 onw
Chiming in to the conversation to let you know that I won one of the "In My Place" signed lithographs. IMP is one of my favorite Coldplay songs! The lithograph is beautiful and is gorgeous framed. It's in its own place of honor in my house. I won it for 850 BP. I would post a photo but for some reason the forum isn't letting me! Jilly

The Confetti Mailing Exchange!
Hello, I'm new to Coldplaying and am so excited to find this thread. I, too, was in an upper seat at the Toronto show in July and was not able to capture a butterfly. I would love to have one -- even one will do. If anyone is willing to share let me know via PM and I'll send my address. Thank you and lots of love, Jilly

Hello from Western NY!
Hi, everybody, I'm Jill. I think I'm Coldplay's oldest member!:laugh3: I got into the band in 2005 and became a real fan during a year spent in the UK in 2006. There I heard them on the radio almost every day and was treated to seeing them on TV quite often. Saw them in concert in Toronto in July 2009 and immediately became as obsessed as anyone else in this forum! :wink3: Chris is an amazing piano player and has inspired me to start playing again after many years away from the keys. I picked up several of the songbooks and started learning their songs. I'm proud because I now can play "Lovers in Japan" which is one of the most difficult pieces I've ever attempted! You are such a warm and loving community and I would love to become part of the family here. See you soon, Jilly
