I've never seen that film :blank: well not all of it anyway..

It's not supposed to there's just some fault in the underground cables and water seeps into it sometimes.

I was like that when the electric kept going off every time it rained heavy ... which in the North of England is quite a lot.

That's one big Library :surprised: our library is tiny well it's in a biggish building but over half of it's offices and stuff.
