I used gigs and tours, I had the page open on the tickets page, and then hit refresh at bang on 0930 (according to an atomic clock on a website). Even then I was placed in a 15 second queue twice, before I eventually got onto the booking page, where there were only 2 ticket selections remaining - boxes and the circle. I think it's probably partly down to luck, partly down to timing and being patient once you're in the queue. Good luck at 4pm to everyone that's trying again :)

I'm pretty sure he's playing a 60s strat? It looks very much like my fender classic player 60s strat, with a vintage bridge and trem.. don't know the exact models he plays though..?

I ordered my copy in September... it came to december 19th and it hadn't arrived, I emailed them a a few days later and they told me it'd been 'refused delivery at my door' which is a complete lie. They then gave me a voucher to buy a new one, but made me pay postage again, its now almost february, and I still haven't got it! Digital Stores are useless and their customer service is crap! Rather annoyed at the moment.

I don't know whether this issue has already been raised but.. I was at the MEN gig on the 4th, and made my usual visit to the merch stalls.. to find that the tshirts were £30.. pretty expensive if you ask me, but decided that I might as well, as they probably wouldn't be much cheaper online.. I get home, and the same tshirts are up for £18? really?! Is anyone else feeling as ripped off as me?

i took my wristband apart a few minutes ago, and it miraculously started flashing again!!... for about 2 seconds, and then stopped. i can't get it to flash now! i fear for the worst :'(

maybe if we all rant about the lack of dlibyh they'll get the message and play it tomorrow night :P

The MEN site says 360 view, but the seats only go back to blocks 117 and 122.. which are only just behind the stage. No seats are being sold for directly behind the stage? I went to a Greenday gig at the MEN where they'd done the same...

I think a hopeful transmission, DLIBYH and up with the birds all need to played in that order like the album, to end the main set before the encore.

and here lies the problem with radio1...

would it be completely stupid to suggest that if the walkway is an X, the main stage may have something to do with an M?

Do you not think we should leave discussions like this until after we've heard the album... mtm might just not fit into the album like up in flames does. Lets have a little bit of trust in coldplay making the right decisions on stuff like that...

We talk about 'old' coldplay fans and 'new' ones... it doesn't mean that the 'new' coldplay fans don't listen to old coldplay songs and think the same of them as the 'old' fans. I started listening to them in the X and Y era, which I guess makes me a 'new' fan, but I'm still just as worried about them becoming 'mainstream' as anyone else, especially with the news about Rihanna. Roadie 42 rates it though... At the end of the day it's still coldplay, and you're still all gonna buy the album...

How can anyone claim MX is 'mainstream' when we've only heard around half of the songs? Of course they're gonna play the 'mainstream' style songs at festivals, they're not playing to coldplay fans, and have to play things to get the crowds going. Who knows what the songs we haven't heard will sound like? oh and don't judge me cos of my mere 5 posts..

Not to worry, only 42 days until we get 12 more new ones ;)
