  1. Am I the only one who think AROBTTH is overrated? Viva La Vida Parachutes X&Y A Rush Of Blood To The Head Mylo Xyloto.
  2. Young the giant, if I hear them I hear Coldplay. Ofcourse not as good as, but you know, they are influenced by them like a father and son thing. I think Coldplay would be remembered alongside Elvis, the Beatless, the Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Queen, Nirvana and even Madonna. Coldplay are together with Muse and the Foo Fighters the bands wich made the 00's.
  3. with Random Acts I think of Daft Punks Random Access Memories. I cannot agree with the fact that the MX shows were better, yes it was a show with so much happening at the same time, lasers, glowbands, confetti, balloons, fireworks everything! Viva tour was a kind of 'less is more' tour, yes there were effects to make it a show. But it was soo much more intimate with chris talking to the audience more then the MX tour, changing the setlist more often etc. I prefer more intimate and less production. And yes, the MX shows were awesome but the Viva shows were more.
  4. indeeeeed, IMO nothing can beat the Viva era feeling!
  5. Knowing Coldplay, if they will ever do a double album it will maybe 6 songs on each side, like the double LP of X&Y.
  6. The only Maroon 5 style I know is audibly on Songs About Jane, which is a good record, the Maroon 5 from now is :inquisitive:
  7. Whatever the next album will sound like, if Atlas is on the next album or not, if the Albertus font will return or not, even if we have to wait another year before get any news on the next album, let the holy Roadie#42 return from his deadly silence! It's just so lovely to read his blogs, watch his little tiny video's and just :dazzled: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rqo1wy19IDg]Coldplay: Roadie #42 - Blog #98 and the Awkward Delivery - YouTube[/ame]
  8. But what if it is something that they will keep doing on LP6? Viva's butterflies returned also on Mylo Xyloto ;
  9. I am hearing Chris on a piano, and strings in the background by David Rossi. Or I wish I am hearing that. If this would be Atlas, it is for me, song of the year. :wink3: Reminds me of Paradise at some points.
  10. Even if it isn't in LP6 style, and written specially for a movie, I am sure it will have the 'coldplay feeling' every Coldplay song has.
  11. It could be the sound in the beginning or the piano in the end, both can be Coldplay. Not the Church music in the middle.
  12. I want a Politik song, dark, heavy, and soft at the same time. And Atlas is since 42 the most awesome songname they've came up with.
  13. aratherlovelyatlasdoodlefromcm :dazzled:
  14. Poppyfields hasn't got any lyrics at all :smug: YEAAAAH COLDPLAY. Atlas sounds as a good title, I expect a song like Politik, don't know why.
  15. My boys are back :dazzled:
  16. I think, what kind of thing Coldplay would do, if they are going to make a 2nd Parachutes, Viva or even a 2nd Mx, (although that would take some time), fans would still love it because it has always that 'coldplay touch' that everybody loves. Coldplay has the most colurful, faithful fanbase I know.
  17. actually, that is the most awesome cover from the 007 titlesong You Only Live Twice by Nancy Sinatra. When I listen to the original I get so much love for Coldplay's cover, I'd love them to do such a raw song.
  18. Munich, Bavaria, Germany
  19. Coldplay - Murder
  20. Alessandra
  21. kidney beans with rice :dazzled:
  22. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  23. Waiting On The World To Change - John Mayer
