They would share it immediately. Another art form: Gloating to be the first to leak something. The point of posting it all over the place is to get attention. But if they wanted real (and positive) attention they'd leak it.

Yeah that's the framework: Being joyous and gaining confidence through the outlet of music. Illustrated through dancing, singing, etc. It's the opposite of an oppressive Big-Brother kind of thing: The "kids" in the song are free to express themselves through music and dancing as opposed to speaking out directly.
