Are you serious?!!! have you heard albums like Kanye West - My dark twisted fantasy, it was voted as the best album of 2010 by music critics like pitchfork and rolling stone I heard ETIAW and its good and not repetitive at all, in fact the song is building up as it goes on

I'm a really open minded person, i listen to every kind of music, and to me it doesnt bother me if coldplay change their style as long as they make good music, ETIAW is a decent song and can become a summer hit. Also about the similarities to other songs, oasis used to ripoff songs since 'definitely maybe" and "whats the story morning glory" and they're two of the best albums in music history

I'm getting a feeling that is not the song that is bad, but people that really dont listen to other kind of music, c'mon whats wrong with Hip-hop and R&B????

maybe those that dont like the song were expecting something like parachutes or AROBTTH, but i think is good when bands try different sounds, lets wait and hear the whole album
