Hopeful Transmission is the best instrumental. But MMIX "works" the best. ETIAW sounds way better after UATW and MMIX than it did when it was a single.

I believe POC was the first track of the album to be streamed on iTunes and played on radio stations. And the next day another song from MX was and so on until the release.

I think they are wearing Major Minus Jackets (like uniforms from the bad guy, the big brother type in MM, UATW and HLH) and underneath shirts from the CarKids gang. That's what it looks like to me...

I think it's because they came from VLV, which made them a bit more credible and arty than with X&Y at the time. Plus MX is their weirdest album ever, which Pitchfork might like.

Corbijn's doing a great job, maybe it's because I know it's him, but it's a great live registration, it has beautiful points of view.
