He was the only photographer who was allowed to picture the whole show at Ahoy. He is awesome!

I don't know for singles, but I just checked VLVODAAHF's Wikipedia page and it says that the album has sold 1.6 million copies in the UK and 3 million in the US.

I guess it's a smart move for the UK to move the video, but here in The Netherlands my radio station of choice is playing Charlie Brown already on high rotation. Paradise is at #38 in the Billboard Hot 100 in the US so I think it's time for a new single there too... And that's the biggest market right? Though, holding it for two week won't do any harm, since Paradise can get out of the charts there completely.

I'd love to do that, but not now... I've got very much exams coming up the next weeks. After I had them I'll definately try to make some "multi-cam" videos.

I'd love to do some editing! I don't know if I can make it to the The Hague gig yet... Oh, and maybe someone could take a look at the "Film It Yourself" project? It's made by a division of a Dutch public broadcasting channel (in other words the Dutch BBC). They have their own iPhone app, which is really nice! Don't know if anyone from here could make something similiar?

At the Ahoy gig my father and I turned up an hour before the doors opened. I wanted to go earlier, but my dad like (we had to travel 3 hours by train and metro to get there and he wanted to do some other stuff that day too). Afterwards I was kinda glad we didn't go earlier, cause after half an hour it was raining and the wind was blowing pretty hard and I was really really cold. We still were standing at the 5th row. A pretty nice score for turning up not that early + visiting the garderobe and toilets before actually joining the crowd. I think you should turn up very early in the morning, like 7-10 AM (than you're definitely standing front row and you can hang with other hardcore fans) OR one/two hours before the doors open. Don't think anything in between is really worth it... edit: Oh, the show was on a Saturday. So maybe it would have been less crowded if it wasn't and then we would have been standing closer to the stage...

Me too, I remember it so well. I was really exicted when the Back to the Future theme kicked in and then the band came on stage. But when all those Xylobands started to glow... Wow, that's really something you can't record on video! I was looking around at all the lights and when I looked back to the stage the graffiti wall was rising up. :dazzled:

Charlie Brown is on the Dutch radio right now. I just HAD to grab my Xyloband and let it light up!

I just had to poke around a little bit. I have to say it was a little harder to find the g-spot of my xyloband (blue one) than to find it in my father's band (white one), but maybe that's just me.
