Seeing as some high-quality snippets of songs leaked the day before a countdown is supposed to end, I do think we’re going to get songs tomorrow, that’s usually the way it goes high quality snippets usually leak the day before, and at the very worst case scenario the countdown ends and all we get is an official announcement

Absolutely, this thread has gone a bit off the rails since last week, but as of tomorrow we are actually going to have the ultimate of confirmations on stuff, at least I hope LOL

Yeah, this video was proven to be fake a number of pages back on this thread, the person that yells “Monkey’s Paw“ actually yells the name of one of the real songs but they edited the video to not show the real name of the real song the person yelled in order to not spoil it here and to not compromise the poster

I think we’re just going to get two songs, one from sunrise and one from Sunset, a little bit like how every teardrop is a waterfall came with major minus when it was released

More like back to the future, hence also the self tying shoe reference and Chris’ favourite movie haha

The more I listen the more I can say that the best way I can describe it is as a more cheerful spiritual sequel to a Viva song due to the more “world” element to it, mixed with Adventure of a Lifetime for bass and percussion. Cheery more world music kinda deal? Maybe sounds like something Vampire Weekend could’ve released on their latest album

I like what I hear the more I listen, I’ll obviously need the full song before I judge but sounds like a bit of a venture into a world music territory, hopefully this album is a return to a more Viva-esque sound

This is exactly what I was thinking, I love the leaked amazon titles, I’m not too keen on the cover art because it just seems like a rehash of AHFOD! It’s cool nonetheless, I think it has a great style. It’s just that if it’s real, it’s very... derivative.
