Yeah, but I actually have a nice stereo in my room (as well as my bass and amp and such) and my brother's room is right next to mine. I blast my stereo, he hears it . . . So does the neighborhood, but you know, they'll get over it.

He's learning, and yes, bagpipes (don't ask me, I have no idea). And I have my stereo blasting and I hate the sound his bagpipes make. I made him a deal that, if he learns how to play "Clocks" on bagpipes, I will take back everything bad I've said about them. Until then . . . I doubt it'll happen.
