Did anybody else get a gift from Coldplaying themselves? Thank you so much! It was very much appreciated - such a nice surprise - even though it arrived quite late for a Christmas Card 🙂

Unfortunately my last post got deleted, not saved or whatever ... only just realised ... But I really need to tell you that I got a proper Coldplay T-shirt from Romina all the way from Chile!!! In the most beautiful of all colours 🙂 . Together with two love buttons! My daughter - as usual - nicked the sweets. Thank you so much Romina - I am already following you on instagram 🙂 . I have not been to a concert on this tour - but I know what I will be wearing to my next Coldplay Concert 😍. Merry Christmas everyone!

just a very quick note to say that my secret santa gift has arrived today - all the way from Chile!!! I will open it later today or tomorrow with the due time and respect and then post here 😁 - I will not wait until Christmas 😊

Just around Christmas, my card also arrived. So sorry, that I forgot to post it timely! Today is the first day, my kids are back at school, so I have some more free time. The card was from Hungary! This is interesting, because I never got sent anything from Hungary 🙂 . Thank so much dear @b.kristof98 - I hope this is you - since I saw you liked other posts on here and your name is Kristof! So lovely to see, that Coldplayers are really everywhere 😄. Thank you for your nice words and wishes and I would like to wish you a happy New Year too!

Dear @coldplayisawesome sorry for commenting so late - the after Christmas Time this year was kind of mad with parents and kids around and for New Years Eve for the first time ever we went up to a little cottage in the snow - which was lovely. So glad the parcel arrived - as I had a negative track record with the US in the past. Also cool that you are an artist was well (like my daughter) and that you also do crocheting! Last year I sent a "I want something just like this" crochet dolly to my match in the Netherlands, but never got a feedback unfortunately. If you want sent me some pics of your stuff! Wishing you all the best for the New Year!

Dear Yasuko, thank you so much - I did some more research and there is indeed some stuff that needs to go on the envelope besides the customs declaration which I had before. Like "unsolicited gift" and "exempt from prior notice (FDA). Maybe I out the non-commercial use as well just to be sure. Let#s have so much fun!!!

I have participated a lot of times already and everytime I sent something to the US it did not arrive - so that is why I was interested in that special case. But thanks anyway @Yasuko

Has anybody sent something from Germany to the US before and it arrived? Are there any restrictions about what to send and what not - e.g. is chocolate /Cookies allowed?

Same here, I am not tracking it, as it is my neighbour country, but I posted it about 3 weeks ago. I also had two secret santas that I never heard of, not even when I sent a private message to say it was lost in transit in one of the cases.

Hello everybody! I was the last one to sign on, I actually had missed the deadline … but Santa Claus was so nice as to add me on last minutes since he had not drawn the matches yet. And then I was probably the first one to receive my card and gifts! It arrived before December and I contacted AndreaF to say thanks, but it took me until now to upload and select some pictures. I got a lovely painted card in black and gold with a guitar and the text of Everyday Life, as well as artfully decorated baubles also in black and gold with Coldplay and a sun and moon emblem. Even the Christmas card was handmade. Really very arty and wonderful gifts. The chocolate balls in the little tree were also very cute. My daughter always loves it when there is milk chocolate in the parcel, as she gets to eat it then, since I only eat dark chocolate because of intolerances. In addition to that I received a card from snowwhite who was my last year’s Secret Santa, and she had read that I missed the deadline. How sweet is that!
