SINGLE RELEASE? Is POC just going to be another promo release like CB? Bloody shame with CB...could've done so well in Australia after the success of Paradise. Think they're mad that while touring in the USA they don't release POC. What are they thinking? Any news on release dates?:confused:

I do think this means they'll tour though....if Eddie dropped Michael Gudinski's name and said that's what was discussed....it's pretty likely! Whoo hoo! Yep Wasn't overly impressed first listen. Was a bit disappointed to be honest, although more initial appeal to me than ETIAW had! Have to admit now that Paradise is growing on me and when I least expect it, that chorus is running through my head...whether I want it to or not! Catchy as hell. Bring on Mylo Xyloto!:P

Yahoo! The track list looks awesome....and as nearly everyone on here has said...the icons for each song/track is a cool new idea! Creative, aren't they? As for the two sides....I agree...think the first half will be upbeat and epic and perhaps the second a bit more sombre...with perhaps a spike at the end to finish off with some hope! For those that dislike the thirty seconds of Paradise, ask yourself this question: Do you like... Moving To Mars? Death and All His Friends? Fix You? Everythings Not Lost? (to name just a few examples) And if you do love at least one of the above, could you have judged the song (either way) with just thirty seconds? All of those songs build to greatness...with changes of pace and amazing musical mastery! (My opinion of course) It's the middle of MTM that sets it off, the instrumental and finish of Fix You that make the climax and very similar with DAAHF and ENL. Perhaps the 30 seconds of Paradise is the orientation? The build to greatnes so like many Coldplay songs! I have faith in the best band in the World, judging by their track record and ability to produce mastery on every album. I predict it will be awesome!:P

Hated ETIAW artwork, but somehow love the art for Mylo Xyloto!!! Since CB and HLH aren't the next singles....shit! Paradise must be bloody great mate!:P

This thread is hilarious! Start reading from the beginning and watch all the vids and it takes around 3 hours. Do that....and hopefully by the time you reach the end...you'll know what the new title and artwork is. LOL Please don't let it be the same poofy pink of ETIAW!!!!!:laugh3:

Some people want Parachutes2, AROBTTH Reborn, X&Y's Twin or VLV Duplicate...but as another fan said...they're the best band in the world for a reason! Whatever they release will be awesome...because it will be a new direction from what they've done. ETIAW is different...whether you love it or hate it....it is and from the other songs played at festivals...they are too! While ETIAW took awhile to grow on me...I love CB, HLH etc. I for one think they won't disappoint. They never have and never will!:sneaky:

I felt bad not loving ETIAW, but still appreciated it because it was Coldplay after all. Felt a bit concerned that I may not "love" the new album...as I enjoyed VLV so much....but after hearing MTM....my fears have been wiped. Magic! Magic! Magic! Can't wait for LP5:wink3:
