You are all very talented. I love the wall one. I do some wallpapers sometimes and have made a couple that I added to the wallpaper section a week or so ago. I could post them here if anyone would like to see them. Very interesting to note what you use, including the textures etc. I use The Gimp, mostly because it is free.. (yes it's great... although as it's free you have to try and work it out for yourself, but having used photoshop in the past, it is very similar) No tablet here, I prefer the mouse... I know I'm strange :D I made my siggy and avatar in The Gimp, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a free art package.

Thanks everyone again! You are all very welcoming :) I'm glad I am not the only older fan here, however I do feel everso slightly silly at my age being so obsessed with a band. I haven't felt this way in years... not since the 80's! (yes I am that old! LOL) but this band have awoken something in me again... and I am enjoying it immensely! In case anyone is interested, I enjoy making wallpapers and banners on my computer, (as you can see in my siggy and my avatar) and have recently been inspired to make a couple of Coldplay wallpapers, which I would love to share, if anyone would like to see them, but am a bit worried I might post them in the wrong section, so if someone could point me in the right direction, I'd be very appreciative.. It's all very slightly confusing.... so many posts here. :D Thank you everyone! :)

thanks everyone. I do feel a bit silly because I heard Christmas Lights, at Christmas oddly LOL :rolleyes: And loved it. But my husband said, 'Oh yeah Coldplay - so depressing!" so I didn't bother to listen to any more! Then I watched them on TV at Glastonbury and was totally blown away... the rest is history! :laugh3: Which just goes to show everyone should make up their own minds, and not be swayed by other people's comments. I have since heard other people say that Coldplay are depressing! Well, personally I don't find this the case at all.. and I am sure in this place I am not alone? :D they make me happy.. :D I think I can say that I am officially obsessed!! Can't wait for the new album, and my ambition for the next year is to see them live. Thank you for all the great welcomes..

Hello... Not sure but I think I might just be the worlds oldest Coldplay fan. :shocked2: Surely the stupidest :rolleyes: anyway as I have only just discovered them (about a month ago).:D Trying to make up for lost time by listening to everything I can find and discovering I like everything they have ever done! (so far!). This place seems very nice, very full and a little bit scary, for a first timer.. :D
