  1. Says the person who hates on Newer Coldplay material.
  2. Definitely Maybe!
  3. It takes time to appreciate music. I'm sure you already know. Well it has been fun arguing with you. Goodnight.
  4. They have it in them I know it. They are just channeling something different at the moment. I love Ghost Stories so much.
  5. Linkin Park yes, their first 3 albums were practically middle school. But still.. No one liked Coldplay. I wouldn't admit it at this point either.
  6. Nope... I'm not pulling your leg.
  7. I thought about it... And... What's with you and the Viva era? I was in middle school when it came out. I was the only openly admitted Coldplay fan at the time. Not many people were into them then compared to now.
  8. OMG I LOVE THE VIVA ERA Compared to Viva because the music industry has changed a lot since then. Technology has to do a lot with that. End of discussion? If I start signing Warning Sign, will you come back? I miss you so..
  9. Always mean what you say. Quite a few people will always dislike Coldplay. They could release the next Achtung Baby and people will still call it terrible and uninspiring. I'd say if they were irrelevant, their marketing team would have a hard time finding gigs. However, quite the opposite is true.
  10. Really? How irrelevant are they? I heard they're playing the Superbowl? That's a big deal don't you think? If someone wasn't relevant, I don't think their chances of playing the Superbowl would be high. What do you think?
  11. That would be hella awesome!
  12. Well, here we like to listen to music that we find beautiful, creative, and inspiring. Something new and old, both can do. Unlike some of your counterparts, I'm not going to critize the newer albums because they are different. Instead, I will have an open mind and embrace whatever comes my way. That is what life is all about. But hey, it's your choice. Actually, if you read the fine print a little bit more carefully, you would have noticed that it said we enjoy the old stuff as much as the new stuff. So in theory if we enjoy something, how could we critize it? I'd try to answer that question but I think the Oldplayers thread can answer that one better than I can.
  13. Well that's a pity isn't it. I'll make sure to pick up some confetti for you.
  14. "I think I know, but I don't know why The questions are the answers you might need"
  15. D'you Know What I Mean?
  16. You embeded that gif. I saw that You made your post. I watched that You responded. I quoted that But I'm not making sense to ya!
  17. But I've told ya, this ain't the right file
  18. Yeah try that. I'm on mobile too, but eww not taptalk.
  19. Spread the love and gratitude!!
  20. Must have been a good reply then :P
  21. I was just wondering.. What do Oldplayers do when they go and see Coldplay now? Do they jump up and down and enjoy themselves when the band play Charlie Brown or Hymn For The Weekend? Or do they sit in silence waiting for Trouble so they can wet their pants? I'm curious..

Oh did you go to the acoustic gig at the BBC? Watched it on TV with my dad. It's great to hear the old songs again. How was it?
  24. Yes! Hurts Like Heaven is an awesome song to start an album with! It's my favorite song too! Great choice!
