Oh yeah, and I don't mean that in a negative way. But when you hear the phrase "A Head Full Of Dreams", what I picture and what you picture could be two separate things. Then we end up being wrong and they do something we didn't expect. All good measure though.

It feels like we are all in love with the idea of what A Head Full Of Dreams could be...

You guys are clutching onto your AROBTTH cd's too tightly. Let loose, music is suppose to be a means of escape and catharsis. Who cares what it sounds like and what category it fits into. There is no such thing as a "real" or "fake" instrument. Anything around you can be used as an instrument. Appreciate music as a whole for what it is and what it can do. Only then can you see the world in a different light. Remember it's okay for things to change. It happens everyday! ;)

Don't listen to Jc, it's practically confirmed. Guy will be starting up his modeling career while Chris and Johnny will become gardeners on the frontline. Will will become a swiss army musician.

Well he said that producing his own record was a challenge. So unless he found a producer recently, he might have to do it again. I have no problem with it whatsoever. It just seems like he says records are hard to make. I'm sure he has fun with it.

But will he be interested in releasing another along with everything that comes with it?

Thanks for posting that Melwen. Sounds amazing. I decided to listen to the leaked songs. Riverman was alright, hasn't fully grown on me yet. TGWXRE sounds like Masterplan in the beginning. Lock All The Doors sounds brilliant. Enough said, it's epic. The Dying Of The Light, wow... that production is flawless. Hands down the best thing he's done so far in his solo career in my honest opinion. The rest of the songs are alright, good but not quite as catchy as I was hoping for. YKWCGB was pretty good I think. Reminded me of IHITIK. Sounds very Springsteen'ish. Overall it's hard to say if this 2nd one is better, that will take time to decide. But aside from all the amateur music rating malarkey, it's great to see Noel back.

You know that isn't such a bad theory. Now that I think about it, remember Rik Simpson posted an Instagram video and Paul Epworth commented asking, "See ya this weekend?" Maybe Daniel Green, Rik Simpson and Paul Epworth were the producers Coldplay choose for LP7. And they just happened to be there to help Chris and co. take a detour and make Ghost Stories while putting LP7 on hold until Chris "got this out of his system". This is all just speculation of course. :P

Crawling - Linkin Park Such a great song. Hell it's on one of the 2000's greatest's albums. Hybrid Theory, what a classic.

He's been considered a great live act too. I'd go to the Warfield Theatre gig in SF but it's on a Monday night and that's finals week for me. Plus I have a fire science final examination that same night. If you make it to a gig, please do let us know. Same for you JC, you're going to try and make it to the Toronto gig?

Oh Thalia where has your mind been? Haha ;) I personally love the title, A Head Full Of Dreams. It sounds ambitious. I'm not too worried about what the music may sound like. We should trust the boys with the direction their going in. I agree with Cakey, Princess Of China isn't a bad song. It has a good beat to it. Pretty catchy too. Music is music, it's all about how it makes you feel, not about who's opinion is right or wrong. :)
