  1. And we'll hire Troxley as our manager. And Julia will be our artist, she will always help. And Molly can also be a manager. Omg! We could be like this! I play guitar and you play piano! We could be a duo. Can't think of a name though haha. We could be like this. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-pPORuHMpE]COMPLETE Noel Gallagher live @ Salumeria della Musica MILANO 14.03.2012 - YouTube[/ame]
  2. The song is about 90 % done. The guitar part has a capo on the 2nd fret and the chords are as followed. Verse: D, A7sus4, Em, G Bridge: A7sus4, Em, G, A7sus4 Chorus: (Same as the verse(As of now)) This song inspired the guitar part. 3. I have chords for the verse, bridge and the chorus is an alternate version of the bridge chords. edit: Read my above post.
  4. The bridge is the "And I know" part. But good thinking. Okay, I edited the song. I wrote down something different that what was on my ipod. Oh I hope you don't mind I changed "Nightlife" to "Night light".
  5. Where Do We Go? ©2013 Keaton(Credit to James for some lyrics) Where do we go when all the lights fade out Where do we go when we scream and shout Where do we go When we have no doubt And I know..a place Where we can go And I know..your face And the way it glows I'm gonna soar in the sky Give me wings and lets fly Touch my heart spark the flame Run away where they won't know our name Where do we go When the switch is turned Where do we go When the nightlight burns Where do we go When we have no doubt And I know..a place Where we can go And I know..your face And the way it glows I'm gonna soar in the sky Give me wings and lets fly Touch my heart spark the flame Run away where they won't know our name
  6. Sorry. Just wasn't right. Just think of something that doesn't make sense. I'm picky with my lyrics. Edit: Where do we go when all the lights fade out Where do we go when we scream and shout Where do we go When have no doubt And I know..a place Where we can go And I know your face And the way it glows I'm gonna soar in the sky Give me wings and lets fly Touch my heart spark the flame Run away where they won't know our name
  7. mm..too dark. I'm looking for something more mysterious.
  8. Hey James, can you help me finish this song? I just started it and it came to my head. It screams Oasis in my face haha. I'll edit this as we add more. Capo 2: D, A7sus4, Em, G Where Do We Go? Where do we go when all the lights fade out Where do we go when we scream and shout Where do we go When have no doubt And I know..a place Where we can go And I know your face And the way it glows
  9. Okay..that makes sense, thanks James. I mean..I can play in front of complete strangers and friends fine. But in front of family..it feels weird.
  10. lolol. Cake is good. I have this good guitar part for a song we could use. I have one problem. And it haunts me. I am careful of what songs I sing in front of people. I feel like if I sing a sad song, people will think I'm sad. But that's not the case. I'm just singing a sad song, but my mood could be happiness. Do people think like that? Because I don't wanna sing a song and have people think, oh are you okay man? I mean, If I wanted to be heard, I'd do that but that is not the case most of the time. I write out of character and sing from the heart. So what comes out..well..comes out. Ya know?
  11. It's okay..the piano part sounds great! It's just the chords don't quite sound right on guitar  I think we should write that album. What should the theme be?
  12. Oh..sorry I didn't see them. My bad, forgive me. Can you direct me to them?
  13. Sounds good! I love your song Now That It's Over. Sounds like a celebration song. What chords are you playing? I might write lyrics to it.
  14. You don't sound selfish at all Molly. I have to go now. James, this movie and this scene inspired Running In The Dark when I wrote it a few years ago. Off to work now. :escaping: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTWjtnKv4vE]Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up - YouTube[/ame]
  15. I have to leave for work in 10 minutes.
  16. Okay. Maybe you can try and occupy your mind for the time being or find another hobby that can help you cope with this until it is completely out of your head. If you can, find a way to prove them wrong or confront them. By that I mean, pretend it's a person you're talking to. And do whatever you want to them. Prove them wrong, tell them you will forget them. It's worth a shot.
  17. Well..if this thread is to promote things, I'd like to throw out my own song I recorded yesterday. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49TssoGh17k]Running In The Dark - YouTube[/ame]
  18. Ohh, okay. Do you know how to suppress them? Or do you want to confront them?
  19. What's wrong Molly? Talk to us.
  20. Oh cool! I like speculating about unheard songs. I guess I can show you my little album. All these songs are done by the way. They have been for a while :D Running In The Dark One Day Where Nobody Knows You Only Live Once Highway Tranquility Hill On My Way Open Your Eyes Closer To Me La Chanson De l'avenir City Lights(In The End)
  21. It's ehh. I don't like the 3rd verse. I'll probably change it up. And the song would either be called Life on the frontline or Give me liberty or give me death.
  22. Okay here's part of it. I know I'm missing a whole verse but can't seem to find it. The song is still very incomplete. I was listening to ETIAW for the first time when I wrote this. Life On The Frontline Waking in the morning by the light of the sun We're being chased by shadows and we're on the run Written on graffiti on every wall Fight the oppressors till they fall Always stand united and strong Because one day we'll raise the flag and show the world that we've won We can turn all the darkness into light Make our future bright, and bring back hope tonight Let freedom burst into mind It's what your heart wants you to find It'll help you see the light of day And guide you in your darkest of days All day and night Running through city streets Trying to break through the concrete They're trying to catch me pound for pound They're trying to catch me cos I made a sound Bullets may split the sky But don't say goodbye Through chaos and hell Let 'em hear the liberty bell As it's ringing in all it's glory Tell them the story Of the kids singing "A new era's just beginning" Living my life on the frontline Knowing one day the sun will shine.. I'll probably re write it now.
  23. Yeah, just lyrics. The lyrics have been around for a while..like as of June 2011 but I never used them. And I always mix them up to see if they would work. You'd find the theme in it if you read them. I guess I have to post them now.
  24. Thank you. I have this song That's been sitting in my ipod forever. It may never see the light of day but I love it. :dazzled:
