  1. I can't believe you like Hardest Part over A Rush of Blood to the Head...wow.
  2. Parachutes: *** AROBTH: *** 1/2 X&Y: ** (X&Y was their chance to really step it up but that didn't happen...)
  3. -Lyrically cheesy. -Overproduced. -Lack of creativity. Best Song: How You See The World (Yes, a Japan Bonus Track...sad but true) Worst Song: The Hardest Part (About as corny as you can get) Overall a step back for the band. They need to stop worrying about sounding like the biggest band in the world. Not every song has to sound huge.
  4. For me it is dissapointing. Sounds like an extension of their last album and lacks creativity. I was expecting a step forward in the songwriting from the band, since they claimed that they were creating a whole new sound. But, instead seems like they put out Clocks Part. II.
  5. Yea, too bad from what has been told he might be toning it down a bit this album. But, toning down for him is still crazy good.
  6. Yea I thought it weird that they would tour in Australia before the UK...
  7. I'm going to the Tweeter Show July 6. Also, I think Sugar Will and Joy Ride had the best potential of the 4 'summer songs'. But I doubt we will get all 4 on the album.
  8. Radiohead Dave Matthews Band (New Album in May!) U2 (HTDAAB is solid stuff) Beatles Prince
  9. Abbey Road - The Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - The Beatles Rockin' The Suburbs - Ben Folds Heavier Things - John Mayer Out Of Nowhere - Chris Campbell
  10. Ya, I heard a live version, it was awesome when he let the audience sing part. Well, you really have to hear more of their music, much like coldplay, without going and downloading or buying more of their music, you've only hit the tip of the iceberg. I don't think there's is one DMB song I don't like. Spot on, only the tip of the iceberg. If you want to hear more than I suggest #41, Two Step, Halloween, Seek Up, Dancing Nancies, Captain, JTR, Bartender, You Never Know (crazy music wise).
  11. Thank you. I was like fiver? Um then yall started talking about alcohol so I was like oh must be British Beer. lol You'll have to excuse me and my good ole American knowledge.
  12. Is this supposed to be one of my quotes? :sneaky: Yea, I was just reflecting on an oldie. I remember that song being played over and over back in the day. yeah....it's been on my head for about......3 days now... :stunned: :smug: It's def. one of those songs that can get stuck in your head for a month at a time.
  13. Don't know about top 5 but the ones I've been stuck on lately... -Dave Matthews Band (Always :D ) -Beatles -John Mayer -Ben Folds -Can't think of one :D
  14. Dave Matthews Band, in my opinion.
