You've never even watched or read it. Besides, the first LotR and the first Harry Potter movie came out around the same time, but the quality of LotR is quite a bit better. Sorry. I just get a bit defensive on this issue. Oh...and hello!

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy > Every other movie ever made. Even if you don't like it, the effort and detail they put into those films is unmatchable. I mean they put so many little details in the costumes and set that will never be seen in the film. Plus they have hours of documentary that is just brilliant. I've probably said this a million times before, but I just can't help it.
