This is the same sort of bullshit that happened to me with U2. I was on right at 10 and there were no tickets in GA (my holy grail), or even reserved. All you could get were lawn tickets. No thanks. This is poorly managed.

Yeah, anyone who got emails for any show, dont complain about not getting all that you wanted. There's a lot of us who are just as dedicated fans as you are who are trying to get just one show and getting shut out.

Well I did it twice for Dallas and I still haven't had any luck yet. This is killing me. I just know that all the good tickets will be gone. Last time they were in Dallas, I was in the VERY back row (my first concert ever) and ever since I've wanted to get some GA tickets. It was the same thing for U2. And although I pulled off getting GA tickets for U2, I'm less than hopeful for Coldplay now. Goddddd.

I still haven't got an email for the only show I requested (Dallas). Am I done for, then, or is there any hope left at all? Fingers crossed.

The same thing happened to me for the Woodlands show on September 24. Rubbish.

I'm sure glad this was a b-side. Not that it's bad, they just can (and will) do a whole lot better.

So it's the Twisted Logic Tour as opposed to the X&Y tour. Interesting... I'm going to take that to mean that song is going to be absolutely amazing.

Too bad it cuts out right when the lights kick in. On the whole though I think it looks promising so far.

"Coldplay will play an extended set when they appear on NBC-TV's "Saturday Night Live" on May 21. SNL musical guests typically play two songs, but Coldplay will play five selections from their upcoming album, X&Y, due in stores June 6/7. Lindsay Lohan will host the show." This is good news, of course, but what I'm wondering is if they play that many songs, how many of them will actually be aired? U2 came on last year and played 'I Will Follow' during the credits as their 3rd song, but they played on after the show was over to strech it to 6 songs. How many of Coldplay's performances do we think NBC will air? Given the recent quality of the SNL sketches, the entire show should be Coldplay out there for an hour and a half.

Aww the day after my birthday. Too bad I live in Texas.

Coldplay, Oasis, Wilco, Jet, The Arcade Fire, Death Cab for Cutie, Franz Ferdinand, Keane, Secret Machines, Eisley Going to college 30 minutes away from Austin, so I'll definitely be there. Almost makes up for missing Coachella and not getting good tickets for Houston.

All that's left are lawn so I guess I just won't bother going. Looks like I'll cross my fingers for Austin, San Antonio, or Dallas. ACL is announced Thursday, hopefully they're a part of it. Then I could see them there and get GAs for Dallas when the time comes and see them there as well.

Oh my I didn't understand that Ticketbastard was selling them, I thought you got them off coldplay.com. Now all the good seats are gone! :cry: Did ANYONE get an extra pit ticket by any chance? Or extra good seat? I don't care I just want to be in the building, but I was looking forward to being in the pit for a couple years now after sitting in the very back row in Dallas in 2003. I don't want to resort to scalpers. This is the exact same thing that happened to me with U2, well sort of.

Are the GAs not available yet? Please don't tell me lawn is all they have left.
