Yeah, I bought them the day they went on sale. It's a shame you'll miss them. Got any other good shows on the horizon? I'm seeing Bright Eyes and Keane at Nokia Theatre in June and U2 at the AAC in October. If you're at any of those, I guess I'll see you there. I live in Mansfield, by the way.

On the website it says emails have gone out to register for pre-sale codes, but I haven't got mine yet. I'm quite worried.

LiquidSky, when are you seeing Muse? I'm seeing them next Wednesday in Dallas since I live right by Arlington. It's going to be amazing. I'm moving to San Marcos in August to go to college, so I'll be able to wander around, go to ACL, go to the Woodlands to see the boys on the 24th of September and all. Good stuff.

Angst, they were my first concert ever, too.

FINALLY some Texas news. I guess this makes it even more likely that they'll appear at Austin City Limits, which I'm definitely going to. But I'll also be making the drive out to Houston. Coldplay twice in a weekend, maybe 3 times if they go to Dallas. :D

Music guests traditionally play 2 songs on SNL (except for when U2 did like 6). We know they'll play SoS, but what other song do you think they'll throw in there?

Recommendations? Get the entire "Our Endless Numbered Days" record, it's amazing. It's acoustic, folky music. And it's only one guy for the most part.

I wish I could have the actual music tone. I had to settle for the polyphonic one, which I love anyway. Did anyone else notice under graphics there's a FREE X&Y background? I got it and put it on my phone, but on my little Nokia it doesn't look too hot. The point is, it's free!

If the Woodlands one is true, I sure hope they don't pull a Radiohead or DMB and make that their only Texas stop. ACL would be great, too. Regardless, I've got a lot of driving in front of me.

Not so much for Coldplay. As a 17 year old, I get relentlessly teased for loving U2 as much as I do, though. Not liking the same thing as someone else is no reason to laugh at their tastes. I don't care for rap or country music but if someone wants to listen to it, more power to them. As long as their enjoying music, who cares?

Opening night is in Dallas!!! Okay, that's just wishful thinking.

With a mostly white cover, it looks too much like RoB, and I think they'll take note of that.

I originally could only get lower levels (160 a piece). I snapped them up as I thought it was the best I could get. I really wanted GA's though. I posted my plight on a U2 forum and sure enough, a woman in Louisiana wanted to trade my two lower levels for her two GA's. She's also sending me 200 dollars to cover the extra face value cost. So all in all, for two GA's, I spent about 130 dollars. Not bad at all.

That is the exact setlist from when I saw them in Dallas in 03.
