You're sick of Coldplay???? Well then, come here! Nobody talks about them on TV or radio. Even a teacher asked me the other day if they were a heavy-metal band!!!!!!!! :( But, still, more and more people are beginning to like them. I passed the stage in which my mates asked me what music i liked, and, when they heard my answer, they went 'aaahhh... :dozey: who the hell are they!'...that was so frustrating! But now Speed of Sound is number 2 on the rankings. :wink3: I liike to thik I had something to do with that!

You said what i wanted to say, but i didn't know how to say it...though, i don't agree on that there's no chance they'll ever release a classic album. We can't see the future, and I think Coldplay is full of surprises. I still have hope! :P

It was the 1st one of the album that i really liked, it didn't need to grow on me, but i think it sounds a little 'cliche', don't you? :rolleyes2: I love REM! It does sound a little like them.

Yeah, that's interesting! he used to look kind of 'goofy' before parachutes...but now! He has changed a lot. Maybe he was at 'a makeover story'!!! It would have been great to see that! :P

Hi there, I agree with all of you. I still have troubles to get X&Y...it's just so different, there's something missing, I don't know what, like the simplicity they used to have...where did songs like 'Life is for living' go? Anyways, i think my problem is because, while i was waiting for the album to come, i started to download lots of older songs, like 'No more keeping my feet on the ground' or 'I ran away', and fell in love with these kind of songs. And now I can't get used to the new songs. Well, but i change my 'favourite Coldplay song' all the time, don't you? The hardest part is that i don't like the way where their music is going. And I'm not saying that i don't play the CD, ovbiously, i like it, but it's much more superficial, in my opinion... Lots of thoughts going on...............just trying to find piece of mind by saying it all (though i didn't :cry: ). Well, but, maybe, after listening to it a bit more, it will grow on me, as it had happened to me with many other Coldplay songs. ANYWAYSSSSSSSS.........I don't really know what i am saying at this point!!! ps: did you get bored with my insignificant speach!? :rolleyes:

Well, I watch Everwood in WB channel, and, i don't know when, like a month ago, they played a song in an episode which I'm sure was from Coldplay...so i waited for the album to come to know its title, but it's not in the new cd. If someone watches it, please answer this, i want that song! :/
