^ From what I know, it has nothing to do with food. It's only influenced by hormonal changes which depend on your state (if you're depressed, stressed, etc), your period of life (so if you're in adolescence you have more chances to get it because of all the hormonal flows) and mostly genetic patterns. I've been dealing with acne for like 3 years now... its really, really annoying. My face looks freaking red all the time and sometimes touching my face can hurt. :angry: I wash my face like twice a day, it kinda helps.
