^^:laugh4: in school there used to be those groups but as time went by we started to speak more with each other and now everyone speaks to everyone....of course i'm describing this as perfect and it's not like always like that: there are still stupid boys and girls who see themselves as much better than everyone else....but who cares? i gave up on those long time ago.... this is about people i know from school... at uni: i don't feel there's this division at all.....of course you have a group of people who is near you most of the times but in general everyone speaks with everyone with no problem! i know people who were in my class for 12 years and we spoke like two times to ask for a pencil or something! :stunned: edit: and yeah....never thought american schools were exactly like teen american movies....always thought that was exagerate but i'm seeing it's not!

depends on the girl....some will probably like (for the reasons expressed above) but some may think it's not macho behaviour i'm sure..... every girl is different!

Lars: i listened to the song a few minutes ago! the rhythm is cool and it's funny to see that who's singing is not portuguese (or at least portuguese is not the mother tongue).....but to me the song (its lyrics) doesn't make much sense...lyrics could be better!! anyway it's a good effort being from a german band!! thanks for the song :) any opinion so far Miguel?

estou contente mas ao mesmo tempo sei que nao vao ser bem ferias ja que em janeiro sao os exames mesmo todos seguidinhos e por isso nao ha outra opçao se nao passar as ferias a rever tudo!! :confused:.....de qualquer forma é sempre bom porque dá para acordar mais tarde e fazer mais coisas que se gosta claro!! fica bem :kiss:

:laugh4: Lars i will listen to the song later.....and any portuguese or brazilian can distinguish brazilian and portuguese accent....and some words are different or used in different senses.... :) edit: saudade it's the feeling you have when you miss someone....but saudade is a bigger thing, a bigger feeling for someone who you trully miss....don't know if i explained this well but Miguel can say a bit more probably! :P Miguel: estas ai? :)

:laugh4:....you'll say: this is mummy when she was 15 or something years old....and they will probably make fun of you saying your clothes are ridiculous....that's what i say when i see photos or videos of any of my parents of when they were my age :uhoh: :P i changed too!! but some people really don't! they just seem a little taller and that's all.... yeah of course it's supposed to be cold but i think i wasn't used to it because last winter was much more warm than this year! i shiver every mornig when i get out of bed....baah, so coold!

:laugh2:....i don't have that problem because all my presents are from the family to someone you see? the only presents i buy myself are for my friends but we don't do that anymore... dvd? that sounds fun! i understand you don't like to watch it, but it's so funny! specially the oldest things where you start to notice how everything was so different at that time! we only got vhs....those plays are from my 1st to 4th grade when i was about 6 to 10 years old so there were no dvd's at that time! it's soooo cold here! my hands and feet are like ice!!

but you are happy to move right? it's always a new adventure! it's fun! i don't really know which place your work mate is talking about :embarassed:.....is it Cabo da Roca? that is well known but it's not in the south....and btw, i love to look at the sea! one of the advantages of living in portugal, you have the beautiful sea to look at!! and just by curiosity....what do you work in? yeah i was a bit scared with the portuguese one! but i'm sure you'll do fine!! ;) i had good english teachers in my english classes out of school but in school my english teachers were awful!! english is easier because you end up listening that language so much in movies, songs,...etc oh i like Damien Rice! i actually only know two songs but i like them.... Miguel is a big fan!! (correct me if i'm wrong!) haha, try to convince him by insisting so much that he'll only do it to shut you up! :P if you really want to hear that special song it's worth to do that! ;)

^same here. i didn't like "save room", first single of his new album, at first but now i'm enjoying it....i'm curious to know how the rest of the new album is!
