Já estou de volta e adorei estar em londres de novo claro. Realmente para quem não sabe o que é o sítio da Bakery não é nada mas adorei ir lá. As pessoas a passarem devem ter achado que eu era maluca, a tirar fotografias a uma porta de garagem :lol:

Vou mesmo só de visita, já estive a tentar perceber mais ou menos onde é a bakery :) Bolas, e logo 4-0! Só connosco é que tiveram problemas, deviamos ter sido nós na final! :phu:

Fui ter sempre com pessoas que conhecia e estavam lá. Fui a Berlim, Bona, Colónia, Dusseldorf, Hamburgo...E gostei de todas! Parece-me ser um país óptimo para se viver. É já para a semana que vou para Londres, vou tentar ir à Bakery :dance: E força Itália!

Ok, different perceptions. If you don't see that people seemed to focus only on Ronaldo when Portugal lost there's nothing new I can argue here. I never used the term "horrifically offensive". Huum...I'm not seeing the respect :rolleyes:. Nothing new to argue here either. Ok, I respect your opinion of course. And I do think he is a bit arrogant too. Is Ronaldo forgiven though now that Portugal lost over penalties? ;)

These were my words: "Jeez you guys really hate Ronaldo. Chill out people." You then explained that "most of the hate is on the decision to have him as 5th penalty taker, not on the player himself". Then, so that you could see what I was talking about, I quoted the comments which seemed targeted to the player himself. And as you can see, you said "most of the hate" and now you say these comments were not hateful. Whatever. I didn't whine in that post, I just made a simple comment on the way people seem to perceive Ronaldo here. I don't even like him that much so I'm not about to start a discussion to defend him if that was your point. And please don't call me ridiculous. Please see my explanation.

I was referring to these comments: Don't think these comments have anything to do with the penalties today.And I also remember people calling Ronaldo con a few pages back. (EDIT: I meant "I don't think these comments have anything to do with the choice of him being the 5th taker in the penalties today.) He is a show off but he is also a good player and like him there are other show offs in football. I just don't understand why everybody here seems to be focused on him. I agree with you though when you say "it wouldn't be ridiculous to suspect he wanted to take a winning penalty", I just don't think that's a valid reason to write those hate comments. If anything, people who support Portugal would have the right to be mad at him, which I think nobody is.

Jeez you guys really hate Ronaldo. Chill out people. I'm Portuguese and I didn't understand what he was mumbling at the end of the game. And it's "injustiça" in Portuguese. Thank you. Paulo Bento explained that Ronaldo was in the list to be the 5th taker. Yeah a really odd choice, I agree. But overall I'm really proud of the Portuguese team, we played really well and at some point, during those first 90 minutes I even think we were better than Spain. We have caused fear to the european and world champion. How can we not be proud of our team? Well done! Go Portugal!

:lol: My mother always has a box of tissues in the car but she keeps it inside the car drawer (don't know if this is the exact word in English). She likes to have it so that she can clean her hands when eating in the car and she also thinks it's useful to clean the car glasses when they get full of leaves. Hope I helped solving part of the mistery!

Eu só vi o fim desse jogo mas disseram-me que a Itália mereceu a vitória porque jogou melhor o jogo todo. Por isso não fiquei com muita pena apesar de também não gostar muito de jogos resolvidos em penalties (a não ser que Portugal ganhe :P). E vai haver jogo pelo 3º e 4º lugar? Julgava que isso era só nos mundiais mas como não percebo nada é possível estar enganada.
