Wow..all my love is oldplay in its prime, reminds me chords progression of Everything's not lost in a way, some other songs they played in the past like Harmless, and cant quite put my finger on it but there are others that have the same vein. If we compare to other recent ballads like everglow, its waaay better, it doenst just repeat the verses and the chrous in a generic way, the voice melodies does not copy the piano melody, Chris voice alternates between screaming out loud and use a falsetto in a beautiful old play way, it has piano little Bridge that sounds very nice, And yeah Chris is singing in a way that reminds me of some prime coldplay stuff, like the hardest part from leftrightleftright, and you say its forgettable...yeah..I think its Just a matter of taste cos I cant see this song not being oldplay style at all, I dont know what exactly are you looking for from them. And about having a new pop song on a pop tour...yeah I think is very fine, it would be way worse if they did something like that in EL era for example. And again they are not in the pop style like you said I think, one or 2 pop songs doesnt make the album overall colouful and pop, I could never see a song like neon forest in ahfod, mots, mylo and even GS, so they are mixing things better this time around and I bet that with the record this will become a lot clear.

I think its more than fine to have just a summer pop song if its well done in that style, and at least for me sound less flat or bland than AOAL, they are in the middle of a more pop colourful tour, so I imagine that one song like this would happen, but the thing is, at least for me, I dont mind one simple pop song if the album have a lot of gems, which I still think its possible thinking in all my love, singapura soundcheck, neon forest and maybe even 2 more songs in that vein. Im just happy that this album will not be just pop all over again.

Everyday Life demo/alternative version is such a good song. Its like a perfect mix of new pop coldplay with like viva coldplay..I wish we could have an album like 100% in this vein. But Im still optmistic with MM, think it will be their best since mylo, without EL, I think when we get the final tracklist for MM things will make more sense.

Exactly, its not even a bad song. Yeah its not amaaazing, but as a pop tune coming from them this better than a lot of other pop songs they did.

All my love is a gift, even just the acoustic version I was like..seing an old friend but with New clothes, it feels old but with some modern touches. Idk how people are not talking about it a lot, people saying cos of Good feelings this record gonna suck, but they didnt even talked about all my love even once..like wtf. One of the most coldplay piano driven vibes we get in years aside from coloratura, and people just keeps complaining about 1 pop song, and its probably the only really pop song of the album. So already waaay better than AHFOD, MOTS and I think even Mylo and GS by now.

Well I dont know how people are feeling, and even tho I prefered the demo of good feelings with the race guitar, I do enjoy the new one, its not bad, its pop and direct but it does have a little more of that "cloudy" "transporting" coldplay feeling for a pop song, comparing to a lot of other pop songs since mylo, good feelings for me feel less forced than AOAL or HFTW, and even have like..more of a melodic feeling than even songs like ETIAW. And I mean if you guys are dissapointed with think that good feelings is gonna be the poppiest song of the record, is the my universe or sky full of stars of this record, and thinking that way I think its very Nice, cos for me at least is way less clichê and way better than this two songs for example.

It does seems like an old song, Chris voice and the way of singing is from the past, a remaster does make more sense than a recent recording.

I dont know, they maybe are just showing for some fans some b sides, aeterna was confirmed to be a b-side so maybe I am a mountain is a b-side too. People were sharing on Twitter that the band invited them to listen to these songs. But I dont mind being a b-side, from the description of the song it will be awsome and I think we will have even better moments on the main record, that Singapura soundcheck for me its basically confirmed to be on the album, since they shared a acoustic snipet on the Instagram account.
