my brother cut out redmeat. he didn't eat after 7. completely stopped drinking caffine/carbonated beverages. worked out at least 4 days a week for a minimum of 40 minutes.

 

i mean, that's just a few things. it is seriously all about how devoted you are to changing things around. to lose an excessive amount of weight you can't just cut calories. it's a mental thing. you've really got to examine what role food takes in your life and why. if you don't you'll just gain it all back.

 

maybe you aren't ready for such a drastic change yet, but you will be. there will come a moment in your life when you'll be ready.

I stopped weighing myself as soon as i turned 15...whats the point, if your thin you think your fat and if your fat you think your fat, whats the point in making yourself unhappy. Be yourself and be happy with yourself whoever you are

Your weight has very little to do with how healthy you are anyway.
