Harry Potter audio

Featured Replies

I love reading the books, and the films aren't too bad but until last night I'd not heard the audio version. We were working overnight in the shop so put on the unabridged Goblet of Fire over the store's stereo system. Stephen Fry is amazing. He reads them so well, and his Voldemort was really spooky. Shame they're so expensive otherwise I'd buy the lot right now!!

Does Stephen Fry read the US version or do you guys have one of your celebs reading them?

some bloke named Jim Dale reads the American versions.... however I did see Stephen Fry do the audio for Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone at a local bookstore here..

ditto :D

do you know when the sixth book will arrive?

i like harry potter very much :-) i never heard the audio version (too expensive :-( ) but i prefer reading them in english, the french translation is very bad
