I'm going to the glasgow bellahouston concert. I hope the concert isn't rushed. Damn Bob Geldolf. I hope that comment that coldplay said about that they could only play two songs if we are lucky is about live 8 and not Glasgow. :(

I'd find it very hard to believe Coldplay would not provide a full show at Bellahouston.

I sent an email to coldplay.com and asked. they said that there is plent of time between the two and it won't be rushed. phew. :smug:

Did anyone get their tickets in the post yet? Looking forward to this one. Not quite sure what to do if we get tickets for Live8, sleep in the car after the gig and then head south I suppose...

I am also concerned about the concert! where was it noted that they could only do 2 songs? and what time you reckon it will go on to bearing in mind it starts at 16.00? what time does live 8 start at?

I imagine that U2, REM and Coldplay will be on early in London, they all have gigs that night. Given the size of the bill for Live8, I'd say that they will all do just a few songs. I expect Friday in Glasgow to be pretty exciting, the band should be buzzing ahead of Live8.
