I'm not sure if Coldplay are in tonight but Later with Jools holland is on and I imagine they are. get the recorders at the ready. BBC 2

did watch the show straight after johnathon ross but they weren't on. on the plus side, i got to see rufus wainwright and the crazy acoustic ladyland (they're nuts !!). wasn't impressed with The Coral though - thought they were really really bland.

yeah i thought the same about the coral. I liked the wierd solo guy with the harmonica

But it's the best music show on TV by far, as EVERYONE has to perform live - no exceptions!!

coral = shite. compared to coldplay they're just nowhere near. i've played with musicians far far better than the coral with far far better songs and that's just in pubs. how the hell can such a piss-boring band with such weak songs get a contract eh ?

as for solo guy with his harmonica (can't remember his name) - i only saw him perform "hellhound" and was well impressed. now that's interesting music with originality. well enjoyed it.

totally agree. it's hands-down the best music show. there's nowhere enough live music on telly. i've got about 30 music channels on sky and NO live music channel. just the same old shite songs time after time. WE WANT LIVE MUSIC !!!!!!!
