Shirt prices in US

Featured Replies

Anyone have actual prices on T-Shirts for the shows in the states? Iam going to the one in Camden..Lemme know

-Matt

at the Hartford Show in CT they were $35.... postesr were $ 10

35 was actually the cheapest...they were selling some for $50.

Kinda ridiculous...if you really want one, just wait until after, when the street vendors sell them for half price

Sell the knockoff tees for half price. Personal preference really.

wow kinda high. posters aren't bad though $10 not to bad. Oh well i guess i will just have to pay it if i want a coldplay shirt.

yea.. but if you can gather up the money.. the most expensive thing they're selling is the XY hoodie for 65..

wwwaaayyy expensive.. but wicked nice...

or, grab some buttons for $3/keychain for $10

that's what i did

thats cool. i live in hoddies it seems like but the ony bad thing is you can only wear them during the winter and a little in the spring and fall.

in cincinnati we went up to the guy selling shirts and said "you must be pissed man this stuff is so exspensive no one is buying it" to which he replied "we're selling some stuff" but there was only like one three people in line. so i don't know how well the shirts are selling on this tour

the booth where they were selling the stuff in Hartford was jammed squishy.. and most people were walking away with clothing (as opposed to just a poster or something)...

but man, how tempted was I to buy a bootleg one some random guys were selling along the road!!

^^i did that once. and its a cool shirt. I can't believe how much they are charging for shirts anymore. crazy.

I got one of the t-shirts in Hartford. I don't know if it was worth 35$, but it's a really nice shirt and I've warn it almost constantly since.

A word of warning, though. I don't know if my shirt was a dud or if they all had this problem, but the printer hadn't cured the ink properly on mine, and the design was starting to get big cracks all through it. I poked around on the internet a bit and found out how to cure it in the oven when I got home, so it's ok now.

Although $35 is a bit steep i agree that its a very nice shirt. I got one here at the massachusetts show and its actually normally sized rather than the often shapeless shirts you find at some concerts and its very comfortable. Yeah, its a lot of money for a t-shirt, but the opportunity doesn't come up that often so if you're gonna get some wear out of it I don't think its all that bad a deal.

then again, you can find some interesting bootleg ones too i'm sure, a guy in the parking lot at my show was selling a nice one but he didn't have anything left in my size. Too bad though, they were only 10 bucks :)
