*Coldplay Lover* Posted August 6, 2005 Share Posted August 6, 2005 It free's up space....like when u delete stuff there is a space there and de-fragging will find all those "spaces" and make them available.....I actually de-fragged my laptop two days ago...Its totally healthy!!
