When they're announced there will be threads popping up ALL OVER this place like weeds, all with the tour dates and when the tickets will be on sale. Or become a member of http://www.coldplay.com and they'll send you emails and chances for presales!!! :) But guesswork tells me that yeah, it'd be around November/December.
