Coldplay Missing Johnny Cash TV Special

Featured Replies

So I just saw this article:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20051022/music_nm/cash_dc_1

It's about a bunch of musicians signing on for a TV special before the release of the new Johnny Cash movie.

Coldplay NEEEEEDS to be there to perform "Til Kingdom Come" from one of their shows in Europe. Granted they have the night off during that time, but it'd be too much to ask them to fly to America to film it, and then fly back to do the next tour date. They need to film a live version of it with the whole background story that Chris sometimes explains before playing the song. Kinda like they did "Fix You" for the MTV Katrina thing from Madison Square Garden and just aired the live version.

Someone make this happen. Please. Tell Debs. Tell someone.

That would have been cool...

ok - this article indicates that the band have participated in the show...

A Night for Johnny Cash," airing Nov. 16 on the CBS television network.

Also on the show are Sheryl Crow, Coldplay, U2, Brad Paisley and Montgomery Gentry.

Yeah should be good! orliknight09...how do you make a flashing avatar?
