i tried looking on download.com and the one i found - super AV converter - is ok except once it has converted it says 'unregistered version' at the top which is really annoying. could anyone recommend any good programs please?

Sorry I can't help here but I have tried this many times as well and every single one either has a watermark on it or it only converts something like 40% of the video. I took some video clips with my camera at Crystal Palace and they are really good but I want to convert them to MPEG so I can use them in other things. Just keep trying or you could even get a cracked version of some software but keep it quiet... :cool:
