December 17, 200520 yr I agree about the presales. I hate 2nd party ticket purchasing in general. I rarely go to concerts anymore just to avoid ticket buying, handling fees, extravagant parking, and crappy warm up bands :/. Festival seating is the way to go. If only Pearl Jam had won their war against ticketmaster...
December 17, 200520 yr is there any other site to get tickets? i don't know why but i can't get into ticketmaster.com. you think they banned me?
December 17, 200520 yr I got such shitty seats... :( Oh well, I should just be thankful that I get to see them for the second time!!! I hate presales... I never get chosen for the lottery.. :(
December 17, 200520 yr thanks to those of you who so readily gave away the kroq presale password. as if there weren't enough people trying to get through in this presale as it was...
December 17, 200520 yr sorry about that last message, i'm just bitter that i couldn't get tickets (ticketmaster screwed me over for the 2,405th time).
December 17, 200520 yr Yes, thank you all who tried to help others get tickets in the KROQ presale. (Yes, I do mean that sincerely.) I ended up not buying the tickets... The best seats I got were in the topmost section in the corner BEHIND the stage ( ). Oh well... next time I guess.
December 18, 200520 yr I'm not trying to brag or nothing...but thought I would give a tip for future. I did get a presale password for anaheim show. I was away for work-related reasons when the sale started...but ended up going on about three hours after it was open...just wishful "for sh*ts and giggles, I guess. Well, first try I got tickets in section 102, row 28. (For those that are so familiar with anaheim seating chart, these are in the first center section, so 28 rows back from the stage.) Maybe you need to try to buy them after the big rush?? Who knows - maybe I got lucky...but you might try it next time if you don't get in the first time around.
