wtf?

 

My sis was going to claim our pre-sale tix today, and she was going to use my dad's credit card, but it's will call only--the cardholder has to pick up the tickets the day of the concert--wtf?

 

and my sis doesn't have enough money in her account to buy the tickets, so by the time she deposits money into her account we'll be left with the last of the pre-sale seats. :(

 

whyyy didn't they mention this? :( :( :( :( :(

 

did anyone else have any problems?

It says only will call at first. I got presale tickets for orlando, and it only said will call. I called ticketmaster and asked them if they could just ship them to me. They said that all presales are will call, but when the tickets go on sale to the public they can mail them to you, so get the presale tickets you want, and after your concert goes on sale to the public, call up ticketmaster and have them change your order so that your tickets can be shipped.

That's weird, because when I got the presale tickets it gave me the normal shipping options.

yeah, i think you messed up duder. i got my tickets emailed to me like 5 minutes after the sale.
