how do they know each other?

how do they know each other? (this question is correct ...dont know my english is not the best)

you know?maybe they were friends, same football team or what...do you know?

The Coldplay members met at a London University (UCL) where they were all first year students, despite being different ages. Chris was studying ancient history, Will, anthropology, and Jonny maths and astronomy. Guy was studying engineering, but dropped out after his first year. All the others passed their degrees, Chris getting a first class Honours! Shows how bright he is, especially as he had to specialise in Greek and Latin!

The band became firm friends and that is how it all began!! :)

BTW, Leire, there is an interesting article about Coldplay (and especially Chris) which was in the Guardian newspaper. Type in to Google, Guardian the importance of being earnest Coldplay and it should come up. Says a lot about Chris's shy, insecure personality, bless him!

Re Coldplay's favourite football teams, Guy supports a struggling side in one of the lower divisions called Raith Rovers in Kirkcaldy, Scotland; Will supports Southampton FC and Jonny Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs), a north London team. Don't know what team Chris supports - perhaps he is more into Rugby coming from such a middle-class background!
