January 21, 200620 yr Is it me or is anyone else following the whale story in the news. I hope it survives.
January 21, 200620 yr Yeah it is amazing how it got so far inland! Well upstream, you know what I mean. They should call it James after James Whale... Here's hoping it lives poor thing. :)
January 21, 200620 yr Yeah, I hope the whale will survive and coming back in the North Sea. There are always breaking news here. It's interesting! :) By the way, last week a dead whale was found ashore of the Baltic Sea in Germany. Green Peace drove this dead whale to Berlin to show it in front of the Japanese embassy. It was a kind of protest. So, this whale was the new attraction in Berlin for 2 days. ;)
January 21, 200620 yr Author It's awful...I probably sound silly saying this, but although i always kind of thought it was realistically almost impossible to get it out deep enough, i always hoped it would. it's really sad :(
January 21, 200620 yr    Such a shame. We all became attached to that whale. Such a British thing to do. Poor thing...I bet it is really missed back home. Mind you he was probably slated as well for straying from his normal habitat. Or he was just so desparate to get on TV he paid the ultimate price. As the sun said..."Celebrity Big Blubber"
January 22, 200620 yr They should have left the whale alone................. I hope they have learnt their lesson...
January 22, 200620 yr Author How'd it get there anyway? For some reason it basically went hundreds of miles off it's normal course and ended up in the river Thames...some people say it's was following a shoal of fish, and others think that it wasn't well so it deliberately went to shallower water (so it doesn't drown)....but i guess by doing that it means that the chances of it surviving anyway are really really slim.
January 22, 200620 yr isnt kind a strange that this is a big news all over the world.. its just one whale, isnt? Here in Norway this was at the headline news...
