i've downloaded The Scientist video& GPASUYF video, both of .mov format. but when i play them in Real Player, only audio no video! but i've got another .mov file that can be played in Real. so, what's wrong? can anyone here help?

I think you might need some codecs.

I highly recommend XP Codec Pack or K-Lite Codec Pack. Or you can download Quicktime Player.

Yeah, you're gonna need some codecs. You should download QuickTime and try playing the videos in that instead of real.
