Haha....I watched "my super sweet sixteen" on MTV....and the only thing that came to my mind was megalomaniac.....

 

Hehe......I once said to my mum:"Could you imagine to go to the USA?"...she said:"Uhm...yes...why?"....."Because when i think about it I think of megalomaniac things!"......this is because of those american films...everything you see there is so big....and always a size bigger than here....

I'm not.But this stuff on mtv, My sweet 16, they always spend sooo much money on birthday parties...It's too much.I don't understand why do they do it.What for?...Stupid.

^Haha....yes.....exactly this was happening today...the Dad paid everything and then the daughter was like...fuck you dad....I hate you....because she wa sin trouble with him...

yeah i saw a few sweet 16 shows and there was 1 in wich a daughter was having a fight with her mother who was actually paying millions for everything, over who will be the queen of the party and she threatened her she'e gonna hit her and bite her :stunned: :tongue:

It definitely sucks. I saw a bit of an "episode" once, where a kid was *wondering IF* hiring Beyonce for one night for 1 MILLION dollars was too expensive...:sick:

 

This reminds me of this next Saturday. I'll be heading to a dinner in which many people get together from time to time to gather up some stuff to send to an African island named "São Tomé". They're very needed, as most of Africa's territorry is. I hope someday I'll be able to do more...

come on... those parties never end up well, mostly because many of the people you invite aren't truly your friends.

 

I think it's just a nonsense idea. I prefer much more to be with REAL friends that enjoy my company as much as I enjoy theirs, instead of only enjoying getting drunk and breaking down the whole house.

 

But, of course, this is just my opinion. People are free to do anything they want with their money, right...? :\
