Surely these acts of LITTERING FOOD should be eliminated. That wotsit probably would have layed there for 70 MILLION years or would have broken the back of some poooooooor inmate cleaning the road :o

I know every time I see a piece of food lying on the ground I think "BOY if only SOMEONE would get fined 75$ for that" it would really make my day

Does seem like overkill... but that sort of stuff happens everywhere that there's bylaws sooner or later.

I heard this on the radio and it is ludicrous. I mean i don't like littering and all that jazz, but a wotsit will dissapear into nothingness as soon as someone steps on it.
