Hey all,

quick question...

Guy has a bass, it is a fender, and it's red...

can anyone specify exactly what bass it is (p-bass?...jazz) and whether it has any custom stuff or anything like that....

 

Also, does he use any bass effects, and if so, what songs does he use them on?

It is a Fender Precision Bass and I believe he has two of them...one in the red and one in the sunburst. Ampwise he uses Hiwatt these days and he has tone bender distortion and a RAT I think...Ooh and in the studio he had a Hofner Bass a bit like Paul McCartney used to use.
