June 6, 200620 yr i believe ladder to the sun is an amazing song and cant believe it is not on XnY but i assume it will be on their next album...can anyone put sone input on this for me
June 6, 200620 yr Well.. since they boys were gigging Ladder to the Sun way back in 2002/2003, they probably left it out of X&Y for the sake of having new material in a new album. I doubt we'll see it in the next album as well. I do wonder why they didn't include it as an X&Y b-side though.. that would've been heaven!

June 7, 200620 yr brilliant tune. shame it didn't make x&y, as it actually pisses all over most of the songs in it anyway. not sure if it's gonna surface in some coldplay record in the future as the reworked version of talk was actually heavily influenced by it. great song though anyway.

June 7, 200620 yr I would love to hear a studio version of Ladder to the Sun! Alas, I must make do with these bootleg recordings. All of my friends got upset with me because I kept asking them why they thought Coldplay hadn't put Ladder to the Sun on the Hardest Part single. :]
