The grinning 25ft guy, modelled on the former Prime Minister's wife, will be paraded through the streets as part of this year's Guy Fawkes Night celebrations. Following the torchlit procession in the Kent town of Edenbridge, more than 20,000 visitors are expected to watch Cherie crackle and burn on top of the bonfire. Scroll down for more ... Saddam Hussein, Edwina Currie and "love rat" James Hewitt have all met similar fates. Cherie also follows the current Prime Minister Gordon Brown who was set alight in 2000. A 25ft French farmer riding an onion-laden bicycle was burned in response to the decision not to allow British beef into France. A recent series of public gaffes and the announcement that she will be publishing an autobiography made Cherie the perfect candidate to become a guy. Cherie will meet her maker at the Bonfire and Firework Extravaganza this Saturday.
