for you:

what would be hell on earth?

.....losing everything....... everyone?.......... being sick?..........

Hell: Being slowly lowered into a volcanic caldera; hot molten rock searing away, beginning with my big toes.. the roar of steamy vents and the smell of sulfury gasses hanging thick in the air all around..:laugh3:

Seriously? Hmmm.. well, lots of things! Watching someone getting clobbered on the road would be very upsetting.. (had that happen to a pet once - definitely no fun. I would not like to see anyone or anything suffer so awful a fate..)

Isn't Earth hell?

Like... biblically.

Isn't Earth hell?

Like... biblically.

uh... what do you mean? my immediate answer is "no"

Well eh, I was taught that Hell is Earth after the wicked or whatever remain there when everyone else leaves when Jesus comes.

Meh. I don't know.

Life on earth is what we make of it - or, at least we do our best to make it a descent place for everyone as well as for ourselves.

Have you ever listened to John Lennon's 'Imagine' ??:)

Hell on earth?

No such thing as Music (and no such thing as Coldplay). Oh and losing the one person who makes you get out of bed every morning.

For me hell, is to lose things that are important for me (i had already lose important people on my life) and to lose all i have or all i could get (my flat), and yes lose the faith on things, not find the sense of why to live for.... (politicians made me lose faith almost every day)... for instance a politcal chasing will be hell for me... (don't know if that last expression is correct), but you know what i mean, have to leave all i have and move to another place and start all again, work and stuff, may be even have to create a new identity (a past)... because if i stay where i am, i can't get a job due to political reasons, and i'm controled by politic agents/workers... that would be hell. is sad that things like that keep happening in some countries. :(

Hell?

having no one by my side. no family, no friends, no one that would actually care.

ditto. Being all alone in a huge world....

losing everyone .. that'd be the worst thing ever.. I mean if you have all the money the time and the healt and the chance to live 500 years.. that is just crap if you haven't near the people you love and if you don't have the chance of share that things...

That's why I think Alzheimer's would be the worst

Well said.

Hell is on Earth. lol

Such a cliche.

Well, the Earth would be hell if I would be completely on my own. So eglantine (Ninaaa :D), I agree with her statement.

Having no one to talk to can make it hell-like pretty quickly.
