Yeah sounds about right!

when i am a famous musician...

i'll eat lobster every day of my life...

no...

i don't want to be a famous musician...

i want to be a musician with a lot of fans, but no radio play...

making enough to survive and travel and get around...

Haha! I want a lot of radio play, but only a few fans, so I don't have to run from crazies like Chris does, lol. But it doesn't work that way, does it?

SAVE A MOD!

EAT A LOBSTER!!!!!

Does Lobster have a "Face"?

Umm.. yes, isn't the root word for fan "fanatic"??:laugh3: But some like to be chased - the Beatles started Beatlemania, and at first liked to be chased.. but then look what happened to John Lennon:( ..maybe not the kind of cult following anyone wants. Chris, John, Guy, and Will all have a fair share of fan(atics) that's for sure... and then there's the poparazzi to deal with (who satisfy fan desires to know more than anyone really wants to know.):dozey:

So, basically, you're damned if you do, damned if you don't - it comes with the territory, so get used to it!:P Go For It Tracie!!;) (as I remain a semi-hermit:elf:)

Some time ago I had a girlfriend who said "you shouldn't eat anything with a face". But have you looked at a lobster? It's not the kind of face you could relate to - a couple of eyes sticking out on stalks; some funny mouthparts.. Looks more like an insect (it's kissin' cousin) than anything other than another crustacean could relate to.. So, Potatoes have eyes, and corn has ears - and we eat them! I vote to put Lobster on the platter.:P (as a rare treat). If it's humanely treated, and killed humanely, and harvested with respect to the survival of it's species - seems alright to me.

Monterrey Bay Aquarium puts out a seafood guide (as do others) - what's better to eat and why, as far as seafood & raised fish goes.

True, it's at the end of the food chain, so it bioaccumulated a fair-share of undesireable compounds; but if you have it only very rarely, I would worry less about this then.;)

Enjoy steaming lobster with hot butter and a little chives and potato on the side.:p (and it's better than most moderators - they're a bit too salty.)

but I love lobster.... nooooooooo!!!!

ditto, one of my favourite foods.

Funny story from my childhood. Told in the style of Chuch Kettle

:sunny: When I was a baby we had company over. Being a young child requiring daily naps to keep from further torturing my parents I was put to bed for a nap. But before I went to bed I saw what was for dinner that night. Well not dinner for me, but for the older residents of the house. This dinner was the crustacean that we have been talking about all thread. A lobster. Except at this point the lobster was still alive. :sunny:

So off to bed I went to have my nap. When I awoke I was horrified to see this once living animal now dead and on the plates of the people at our house. Apparently I screamed and cried and was traumatized.

 But I still love lobster. :sunny:

:laugh3:

man! i almost chocked!

Haha at first i thought that it was chuck posting that..but noo..it's briggs!

I don't really know whether i like lobsters or not. We used to have "lobster parties" every fall but we don't do that anymore. And i do eat them but i eat a lot of other things that i dont necessarily actually LIKE

It fooled me too...Only because Briggs called Chuck 'Chuck Kettle' so I was temporarily confused. THat was well done!:laugh3:
