anyone else having problems getting a presale code... it keeps saying my email is not delieverable!!! WTF .. and their phone lines are jammed!!!

i'm having the same issue. and i know my e-mail is perfectly fine, i've already signed up for a previous offer. this is ridiculous! i even got through and then got hung up on, i'm really upset

When i was calling it told me that I was being transferred to a representative and then I just got hung up on. lol OH WELL! I won't call and complain now.

I'm going to go to the Toronto Show *crosses fingers*. How about you? Yeah I was thinking that too. I kept that page open for a little while just to make sure I wasn't imagining it. Hmmm...you're right, they better send over that code or else they're definately going to get an angry phone call then!

I am so confused, there was never a request a code link posted, I've been refreshing the reward zone page all morning, and the only link they had was to the terms and conditions and a list of show dates and instructions? What did I miss?

well im going to the ottawa show and after going to their last tour show here being in the second row.... i wouldnt be able to settle for anything less than that again this time around!

 

this whole experience this morning was very frustrating but all is good in the world now that scott got his presale code! haha next step getting actual tickets which i suppose wont be as hard? I hope not!!!!!!

Where exactly was the request link posted, as it never showed up and now in the main page the original banner linking to the instructions and tour dates is gone. What the deuce!

Wow, that was getting me riled up. It wasn't posted on my homepage, all reference to it disappeared as soon as it turned to 11 am, but then I finally figured it out:

 

When you sign out, it takes you to a different homepage, where there was a link to the promotion telling you to sign in, so I clicked that, signed in on that page, and it showed another link to apply for a code and I clicked that, then clicked apply and the rest was history. Thank goodness.

 

It was annoying though because I was already signed in and getting carpal tunnel from refreshing every half second.

I was wondering...I am not a bestbuy credit card holder, does this mean i can't get access to the pre sale code? I'm on their newsletter mailing list so I did receive the emai stating the presale offer. I tried this for The Police presale and was successful, but with coldplay...not so much.

 

I've tried logging on but they are telling me that my email/password is invalid.

when i click on the get more details here on thier pic...there's nothing about the coldplay presale...argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't even remember if I got that message on my account, I'm doing this in extreme haste at work ;)

If your signed in, sign out, then click the link again. You should see the Coldplay promotion, click more info, it will take you to the next page with dates and terms and such. Sign in on that page and it should take you to a page with another Coldplay banner, click the yellow button and it will take you to the page with the request button, click it and it should confirm you will be sent an email on the 9th or 10th with a code.

 

If this no longer works they're out or experiencing technical difficulties because that was my exact process.

Thanks so much. I think it worked. I know for sure it worked for my sister's acct cause I got the congratulatory message, but I don't remember if I got that message when I signed in with my acct. Trying to be sneaky at work. We'll see what's in my inbox on the 9-10 of June.

has anyone got their code yet....i'm getting nervous, the sale starts in less than TWO days...also, how do people get such good seats (like 2nd row)? do those seats actually go on sale to the public? and are they like $500?
